Returning Merchandise

Goods sold are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. We will only accept returns if the products have the following defects:

  • Stains
  • Zipper malfunction
  • Fabric or seam is ripped or torn

Before you return, kindly email us at sales@indikah-asia.com.sg and quote your order number. To help us expedite your refund process, kindly attach a picture of the item and a close up picture of the defect. We may ask you to send the defective item back, in which case we will arrange for the item to be picked up by our courier. If we have the same item in stock, you may request for an exchange. If we do not have the same item in stock, we will issue a refund to you.

Items must be returned within 14 days of the order’s delivery date for local orders, and within 21 days for international orders. Also, items must be returned in their original, unused and unworn condition with all tags attached and all packaging included. Items sent back after the return period or without original packaging and tags attached, will not be refunded.



Receiving A Refund

Once we have approved your return, we may arrange for our delivery provider to pick up the package from you. Returns will be processed within 2-3 working days from the date we receive your package.

All refunds will be made via the same method that was used for the original order. Refunds will be made in SGD. As a result, for international orders, the refund value may be slightly different from the amount you paid, depending on the exchange rate used by your credit card company on the day of refund.

Depending on your card issuer your refund may take 3-10 working days to appear on your billing statement. If you have not received your refund yet, please check with your credit card company first.

You may also request for Indikah Asia store credit, which will be processed and available to use within 2 workings days. Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Please note that for international orders, we are unable to refund the duties and taxes that you may have paid. Kindly contact your local customs office for a return of duties and taxes.
